I took this one mainly due to the overall graphic properties of the image. The strong shapes defined by their ever so subtle shading. The variations in surface texture revealed by the width of the specular highlights (ie. how the 'PUSH' is brighter than the surrounding material.) All in all... I think this is a pretty nice image.
I think I should also finally officialize that this site is no longer "a photo a day," but rather "my exploration as a photographer, hoping to average approximately a photo a day, but not feeling too bad when I miss one or three." It's a bit of a mouthful, but it's more accurate.
