New Toys

Howdy folks! Isn't it amazing! I finally gathered up the courage to post again! Lemme emplain what happened...

You see that camera in my hand? That ain't no Rebel, is it? It most certainly is not. *big grin* Well, I actually bought that beast nearly 6 weeks ago with some new glass. Unfortunately, Canon decided to recall the wide zoom lens model I purchased, so I didn't actually get it untill a few days ago. (Go look back a few days to find that post.)

So being me... I just didn't shoot all that much for 6 weeks cause, well, I couldn't use my new toy. (I did have a few telephoto lenses on hand, but still... It didn't feel right.) And why would I want to use my Rebel when I have a shiny new body sitting over there?

It's a stupid excuse, I know, but it's all I have. I've been waiting to capture some truly amazing photo for the intro of my new toys, but I got tired of waiting. So today I am backposting! Hurray!
