The Luminous Veil on the Bloor Viaduct now (at some point since I moved from Toronto in 2012) has LEDs along the length, that vary subtlely through the night.
One section of those LEDs does not turn off during the day. Whenever I walk through that section, I first notice that the shadows have gotten very orange, not that there is extra blue.
