Number 7

This image is a continuation of the series I started yesterday (the 27th) taken at the soccer game that took place today (the 28th) even tho I'm actually typing this tmo (the 29th.) Confused? I hope not. I'll explain:

I went without posting on the 27th, and so I decided that since I posted double on a few days, I was therefore allowed to skip a day here or there. So I posted "I spy..." yesterday, as the photo for the 28th. When I finally got around to looking at the rest of the images (I was conviced I didn't have anything worthy from the game itselft) I saw this one. I then decied that I would post this one for today, and the security camera ("I spy...") for yesterday, even tho I took it today (and by today I mean the 28th, cause it is in fact the 29th right now. :P)

I like this one because for a number of reasons Heather (the one in the foreground :P) is highlighted so well, and isolated from the rest of the players, while still remaining part of 'the team.' She is the one who is in direct sunlight, while the other two are in shadow (and the camera did coincidentally expose for the shadow, so I clipped some highlights on heather and the ball... whoops.) Then she is in focus, and the others are not... duh. She's also about twice as big as the other two. Keep in mind that the other two are REALLY far away (see: 'the other side of the field') and it just looks like they are much close due to the extreme focal length of my lens. I don't know where I'm going with this rambling... But I'll leave it anyways. And I think I'll leave it at that for today.
